Viper Wire Rope Cleaning and Greasing
Our onsite cleaning and lubrication service employs the advanced Australian-made VIPER WRL system, meticulously designed to clean and re-grease wire ropes of all diameters across diverse applications. This innovative system effectively removes old grease from crane ropes, ship loaders, and conveyor ropes, while simultaneously applying new lubrication under controlled pressure. By doing so, it significantly extends the lifespan of the ropes and reduces wear on sheaves and related hardware.
Our specialty trailer and cage powered units are available, ensuring efficient and effective maintenance solutions for wire ropes for all mobile and fixed plant equipment. Servicing wire rope diameters from 6mm to 165mm.
